Raj Toleti
Chairman & CEO
As Chairman & CEO at Andor Health, Raj Toleti guides the company’s vision to change the way care teams connect, communicate and collaborate to reduce clinician burnout, accelerate time-to-treatment and deliver better patient outcomes. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience to his role.
He founded and served as CEO of HealthGrid, a provider of a first-of-its-kind mobile patient engagement platform, which was acquired by Allscripts in 2018. Previously, he founded and served as President of Coordinated Care Solutions at PatientPoint, a leading provider of patient engagement, population health management, and clinical trial enrollment solutions.
A serial entrepreneur, Raj throughout his career has built solutions to empower and enable patients to improve health outcomes. He began his health IT career in the mid-1990s at Microsoft, where he was an Enterprise Program Manager in the healthcare consulting practice. Other successful ventures include Galvanon, acquired by NCR in 2005, and Cytura Corporation, acquired by Mobius in 2002.
Ernst & Young named Raj Entrepreneur of the Year for the Florida Region in the healthcare technology category in 2018. He currently serves as a Board Member of the University of Central Florida Foundation and is an active member of CHIME. Raj holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from PSG College of Technology in Coimbatore, India, and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
Jennifer Skitsko

Jennifer Skitsko brings more than 25+ years of marketing experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Andor Health.
Prior to joining Andor Health, Jennifer served as Director of Segment Marketing at Allscripts, where she increased lead capture by 46% year-over-year, and as Director of Marketing at HealthGrid, a leading provider of patient engagement solutions acquired by Allscripts in 2018.
Previously, she held Director of Marketing positions at PSAV, an event technology provider; Telcare, Inc., a wireless-enabled blood glucose meter; and NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, a major supplier of healthcare technology solutions. Earlier in her career, Jennifer managed brand and event marketing for major companies, such as Merck & Co., Inc. and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, LP, as Senior Account Manager and Event Planner for Creative Meeting Specialists, Inc.
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in healthcare administration, from Gwynedd Mercy University in Gwynedd Valley, PA. She is an active member of the Business Marketing Association (BMA), Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and Healthcare Information Management System Society (HIMSS).
Pritesh Patel

Pritesh Patel serves as Chief Operating Officer of Andor Health.
Prior to joining Andor Health in December 2018, Pritesh served as a General Partner at Stratecore Bioventures, where he focused on identifying and evaluating potential portfolio companies, sourcing deal flow, and managing investor relationships. Pritesh also ran business development for a hospitality group and helped double revenues during his tenure. Previously, he founded Aventive Healthcare Consultants to connect the world’s top physicians in the world with healthcare companies. During his career, he has developed relationships with healthcare entities in international markets such as Dubai, China, and India.
Pritesh earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University.
Srini Surendranath
Chief Product & Strategy Officer
Srini is a customer-obsessed, high-tech leader and innovator who builds strong relationships and partnerships with organizations and individuals. He has proven experience in many facets of SaaS and PaaS technology, customer success, and enterprise leadership. He is also an entrepreneur and advisor to start-up and early stage businesses.
Srini spent the prior 11 years Microsoft in various leadership roles and most recently was the WW engineering customer lead for Health and Life Sciences. Prior to Microsoft, Srini spent 11 years at Accenture driving digital and technology transformation across many industries.
Monika Brossier, PT, DPT
Clinical Program Manager
In her role as a Clinical Program Manager at Andor Health, Monika Brossier is dedicated to ensuring Andor Health’s groundbreaking solutions for collaborative care and communications are seamless for both medical professionals and patients. Her central emphasis revolves around grasping the intricacies of clients’ workflows and evaluating how Andor’s product can effectively enhance efficiency during both the developmental and implementation phases.
While still an active clinician, Monika previously worked as a Senior Advanced Clinician and Informatics Lead at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. During this time, she focused on virtual care for both patients and clinicians through improvements in the EMR and patient portal experience. With a healthcare background that spans over 10 years, she has amassed extensive experience working directly in patient-facing roles.
Monika received her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She completed her clinical affiliations at New York University, University of Michigan, and Hospital for Special Surgery.
Joshua G. Briscoe, MD, FACEP

As Chief Medical Officer, Joshua Briscoe, MD focuses on shaping the development and evolution of Andor Health’s innovative mobile care team collaboration and communication solutions to help reduce clinician burnout, streamline operational efficiency and improve patient health outcomes.
Joshua works as a board-certified emergency medicine physician at Orlando Regional Medical Center and Arnold Palmer Hospital. He also serves as core faculty for Orlando Health’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program and as Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at University of Central Florida’s College of Medicine. Previously, he was Medical Director of IT Innovation, Virtual Care, and Clinical Informatics for Orlando Health from 2018 to 2020.
Joshua received his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Rollins College and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston University. He completed his emergency medicine residency and administrative fellowship with Orlando Health.

Noel Khirsukhani

Noel Khirsukhani is Chief Growth Officer at Andor, where he drives revenue growth, sales strategy and business development. Noel brings to his role more than 20 years of senior management experience with leading healthcare information technology firms, including Allscripts, HealthGrid and PatientPoint. He has worked with CEO, Raj Toleti for over 15 years.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Solution Sales and Partnerships for the Allscripts FollowMyHealth product line and as Vice President of Partnerships at HealthGrid, a provider of patient engagement solutions acquired by Allscripts in 2018.
Noel also was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Healthcare for Noom, where he established a comprehensive strategy and team focused on developing partnerships with payers, large employers and health systems. At PatientPoint, he served as General Manager and Executive Vice President of Business Development, with responsibility for revenue generation for patient engagement, population health and care coordination. Earlier his career, he held sales management roles at Availity, Advanced Data Systems Corp., and Keane, Inc., and worked as a systems analyst at Bank of America, E-MedSoft.com and Healthscreen.

Paul Tyriver

Paul Tyriver is Vice President of Development at Andor Health. He brings more than 15 years of combined experience in business development and healthcare IT. Paul holds numerous certifications through HIPAA, NextGen and Microsoft, among other organizations.
Paul earned an associate degree in Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute in Youngstown, Ohio.

David H. Trevett, Esq., legal counsel for Andor Health, is a distinguished attorney with over two decades of hands-on experience in business matters. Based in the heart of Central and Southwest Florida, David offers an unparalleled depth of knowledge and commitment to his clients, navigating the intricacies of corporate/business law, real estate, and estate planning and probate.
David’s educational foundation is both diverse and extensive. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, with an emphasis on Business and Nonprofit Management, from the prestigious George Washington University, and a Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law.
David’s commitment to community service is evident in his active pro bono work. For nearly a decade, he served as a Guardian Ad Litem with the Orange County Bar Association. Lou Holtz
Coach and College Football Hall of Fame, Class 2008
Lou Holtz has established himself as one of the most successful college football coaches of all time. He is the only coach in the history of college football to take six different teams to a bowl game, win five bowl games with different teams and, have four different college teams ranked in the final Top 20 poll. Despite never inheriting a winning team, he compiled a 243-127-7 career record that ranked him third in victories among active coaches and eighth in winning percentage. His twelve career post-season bowl victories ranked him fifth on the all-time list. Holtz was selected for the College Football Hall of Fame, class of 2008.
Lou graduated from East Liverpool High School, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in history from Kent State in 1959, and a Master’s degree from Iowa in arts and education in 1961. He served as an officer in the Army after college and married Beth Barcus of East Liverpool on July 22, 1961. Holtz has four children, is grandfather to nine, and currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
