Sentara selected Andor Health’s ThinkAndor® platform for its ability to deliver measurable ROI through scaled virtual nursing across more than 1,700 rooms in 12 hospitals. The deployment returned over 26,000 hours to bedside nurses, increased discharges before 1 PM by 7%, and improved patient experience scores by 3% for those receiving virtual nursing support. It also contributed to a low 2.7% RN turnover rate for virtual nurses, significantly reducing staffing costs, while optimizing workflows, enhancing throughput, and enabling a more sustainable, AI-driven model of care delivery.
